BUF Over 50 sessions are always under $100. 1-on-1 personal training is $90 per hour and $50 per half-hour. 1-on-2 training (split between two clients) is $60 per person per hour. There are no contracts, no membership fees, and no long-term commitments — pay per session. Adding mobility work on off-days helps recovery and joint health. We tailor frequency to each client's goals, schedule, and starting fitness level. Even one session per week, done consistently, produces real strength and mobility gains.

Is mobility training appropriate for older adults with joint stiffness?

Mobility work is a common element of senior fitness programming and is often well-tolerated by older adults working on flexibility and range of motion. With clearance, our trainers can design a gentle, gradual program that fits your starting range of motion.

Do you offer virtual personal training for seniors?

Yes. We offer virtual training sessions over Zoom for clients who can't make it to the studio, are traveling, or prefer to train at home. Virtual sessions are particularly popular with senior citizens who want consistent coaching without the commute. Rates are reduced for virtual: $60 per hour for 1-on-1 and $40 per person for 1-on-2.
